Haley Nyal Events takes the time to learn your pain points and builds on those needs to ensure we are there to bring value to your wedding planning experience. Each package has been designed to give our couples a starting point where we can develop a customized package that checks all the boxes and more. Our starting price for wedding planning is $3,699, but on average our couples are investing $6,000+ for wedding planning services.
Do you offer day-of coordination?
Within each of our services we offer a team of excellent wedding professionals to execute your wedding day. We make it clear that our services go further than just showing up on the day of the wedding, because in reality, we know that a successful wedding experience needs time to develop. During our initial consultation, we’ll walk you through what each service entails and what sets them apart so that we can best serve you on your wedding journey!

Working with us means getting the opportunity to work with our highly recommended vendors that we trust, value, and know will make your day extra special. We have a list of over 100 different vendors we have had the honor of working with and can't wait to share them with you. Each vendor on our list knows the expectations we hold for each wedding, + makes your wedding experience that much more enjoyable.

If you have already booked with your venue, photographer, videographer, catering team, etc - we will happily introduce our team and share all the details as we plan your big day. If you have not booked with any vendors, we got you covered!
Should I book a wedding planner first?
As wedding planners, we are the ones who handle so many moving parts. From venue scouting to vendor communication, timeline creation, layout execution, and even those not to fun moments of managing worry or stress to make sure your wedding runs smoothly. We absolutely encourage couples reach out to us in the early stages of the planning process to avoid unnecessary stress right at the beginning.
