At Haley Nyal Events, our planning services are intentionally customized based on the level of support, complexity, and scope each couple needs. That said, transparency is important to us.
Our wedding planning services typically begin between $6,950–$9,000, with most clients investing above that range depending on guest count, location, design scope, and planning timeline.
Do you offer day-of coordination?
In short, no—we do not offer “day-of” or “month-of” wedding coordination. Each of our collections are designed to provide comprehensive planning support and includes a dedicated team of experienced wedding professionals committed to executing your wedding with care and precision. Our work extends far beyond the wedding day itself, because a truly seamless celebration requires time, thoughtful preparation, and strategic oversight.

If you’ve already secured some or all of your vendors, we’ll step in seamlessly to align expectations and manage the planning process. If not, we’ll confidently guide you through vendor selection and build your team from the ground up.
Should I book a wedding planner first?
As wedding planners, we manage the many moving parts that bring your celebration together—from venue scouting and vendor communication to timeline development, layout execution, and navigating the inevitable moments of stress along the way. Because of this, we strongly encourage couples to reach out early in the planning process. Early involvement allows us to provide strategic guidance from the beginning and helps prevent unnecessary stress as decisions start to take shape.
